One of the most desirable of celebrity cookbooks, this copy has been signed and inscribed by the beloved actor and renowned gourmand, "For Paul / My Best and Bon Appetit / Vincent Price" to the title page.  One-inch tear to silk ribbon place holder, else in fine condition.

A Treasury of Great Recipes was Price's first cookbook, co-authored with his wife Mary Grant, who was a successful costume designer.  Two years later, the couple would publish Mary and Vincent Price present a National Treasury of Cooking, a 5-volume set.  In 1971, Price hosted a half-hour cooking show in the UK called Cooking Price-Wise.  Throughout his career, Price maintained friendships with gourmet chefs around the world.
