Signed Concert Flyer

Signed concert flyer advertising a November 18, 2009 appearance by the Academy Award-winning composer and songwriter at Symphony Hall in Boston.  Legrand, who was joined for the performance by Mario Pelchat and Dionne Warwick, has written his name in blue ink next to a photograph of him sitting atop a grand piano.  In very fine condition.  4 x 9 inches (10.2 x 22.9 cm.).

From the back of the flyer: "Multi-talented Michel Legrand is a 3-time Oscar winner (out of 13 nominations) and 5-time Grammy winner.  He has been astonishing audiences since the 1950s, when his very first album, I Love Paris, became one of the best selling instrumental albums ever released.  He has composed over 200 scores for films like The Umbrellas of Cherbourg, Thomas Crown Affair, Yentl, and The Three Musketeers.  Legrand also authored television scores, composed several musicals and made well over a 100 albums.  His memorable songs include 'How Do You Keep the Music Playing,' 'What Are You Doing the Rest of Your Life?' and 'The Windmills of Your Mind" are included in the list of Ameirca's Greatest Movie Songs by the American Film Institute."
