Signed Bender of New York photograph of the English classical guitarist who played a significant role in raising the public profile of the guitar as a respectable instrument during the mid-20th century.  Bream, shown in performance with his instrument, has inscribed "To Paul / With Best Wishes / Julian Bream / 11/2/66."  "S. Hurok Presents" stamp to verso.  Signature to a low-contrast area of the image, else in very fine condition.  8 x 10 inches (20.3 x 25.4 cm.).
