Autograph Signature and Photograph
Autograph signature from the English contralto, one of the most popular singers in Europe from the 1890s through the 1920s. Butt has signed using her married name, "Clara Butt-Rumford / July 24th 1925" in black ink to an autograph album leaf. Light stain to upper left corner, else in fine condition. 6.25 x 5.25 inches (15.9 x 13.3 cm.). Sold together with a period postcard photograph of the singer. (20035)Signature Opera
