Bifold recital program from a performance in the Seattle area by the important pianist, who has signed to the first page.  The performance included pieces by Scarlatti, Beethoven, Chopin, Gould, Debussy, Rachmaninoff, Granados, and Liszt.  4 pp.  In very fine condition.  6.25 x 9.5 inches (15.9 x 24.1 cm.).

Pianist and composer Byron Janis was Vladimir Horowitz's first pupil, and has received numerous honors over the course of his career, including being named a Commander of the French Légion d'Honneur for Arts and Letters. (19303)
