Signed photograph of the American soprano, who has inscribed "Best wishes / Eileen Farrell." Light crease to upper left corner, else in very fine condition. 8 x 10 inches (20.3 x 25.4 cm.).Farrell was known for having "one of the largest and most radiant operatic voices of the 20th century" (NPR), and performed in concert for nearly 60 years. Though she performed in stage productions occasionally, she was much better known for her concerts and appearances on radio and television. (19275)
