Signed June 1955 magazine issue dedicated to the Italian film icon and filled with over "200 intimate pictures." Signature on front cover, along with a mailing address: "Via Appia Antica/ 223/ Roma". According to the original owner of the magazine, Lollobrigida wrote the address down because she had never seen an issue of this magazine before, and she wanted him to mail it to her at that address if ever he decided to part with it. 8. 25 x 11.5 inches (21 x 29.25 cm.), front and back cover detached with considerable losses along edges, body of the magazine in fine condition.From the collection of Paul McMahon, a critic, photographer and artist who worked for more than 13 years touring with Marlene Dietrich as the icon’s stage manager, announcer, dresser, secretary and escort, and later spent 25 years as an arts and entertainment reviewer and photographer with Gay Community News, Esplanade, Tommy’s Connection, The Mirror, Bay Windows and other publications.
