Original program page from the February 26, 1911 performance of the Philharmonic Society of New York at Carnegie Hall, which was to have been conducted by Gustav Mahler. His final concert (conducted with a temperature of 104 degrees) occurred on February 21, and he died on May 18. He was replaced by Spierling in the present concert, which included works by Goldmark and Wagner and Beethoven's "Eroica" Symphony. 4.25 x 7.25 inches (11 x 18.5 cm), some light spotting, a small hole near the top, uneven trimmed edges, else fine.
