Some light corner creases; overall fine. 8 x 10 inches (20.8 x 25.5 cm).The Oscar-nominated actor John Garfield appeared in such classics as The Postman Always Rings Twice and Gentleman's Agreement. Blacklisted in Hollywood for his liberal beliefs amid the second Red Scare, the 39-year-old Garfield died of heart failure just two months after returning to the stage in a revival of Golden Boy.
