Signed "Golden Boy" Playbill

Original playbill from the 1964 musical Golden Boy, signed on the cover by the American actor and singer Johnny Brown, who played the supporting role of Ronnie. The cover shows the play's star, Sammy Davis Jr. 32 pp. Fine. 6 x 9 inches (15.2 x 23 cm).

Brown's role in Golden Boy earned him early recognition; he was to go on to perform as a comedian on Laugh-in and as building superintendent Nathan Bookman in the 1970's sitcom Good Times. (17706)
