Toronto, May 27, 1958; 2 pp. Gould writes: "Dear Mr. Busoni, I wish to thank you most sincerely for your wonderful letter. I can assure you that I have never before been so honored and delighted by kind words about my work. It is of the greatest satisfaction that this compliment should take the form of a comparison to the vast artistry and accomplishment of your father. I would like to take the opportunity of telephoning you when I am next in New York, and I hope that I may have the pleasure of meeting you. Again, may I thank you for your letter, which will remain a treasured possession for the rest of my life. Most cordially yours, Glenn Gould."
