Signed Program and Autograph Signature with Concert Program
Autograph signature from the American pianist, inscribed on a small album leaf and dated September 26, 1941, together with a signed concert program (ca. 1940's) and a further unsigned concert program (January 15, 1946) from Dalies. Overall fine. Signed leaf 6 x 4.5 inches, signed program 5.5 x 8.5 inches. Together with two newspaper clippings and a page of handwritten notes on Dalies.The dashing American pianist, a student of Schnabel and Horowitz, went on to tour extensively in the 1930's. Later, he had a minor film career and was chair of the piano department at the University of Texas. (17182)
