Group of three programs from the 1960 Salzburger Festspiele, the 40th season of the legendary festival. Included are two programs from Die Hochzeit des Figaro, conducted by Karl Böhm, and one program from a performance of Mahler's Symphony no. 8 under Dimitri Mitropoulos with Mimi Coertse, Hilde Zadek, Lucretia West, Ira Malaniuk, Giuseppe Zampieri, Hermann Prey, and Otto Edelmann.
