Plaster life mask of the important composer, made in the early 20th century after the one created by sculptor Franz Klein in 1812. Beethoven's distinctive facial structure can be discerned, with the difference that open eyes have been added to this mask. Metal hanger at the upper edge. Very fine. 10.5 inches (27 cm) tall.
