Signed program from a February 26, 1955 recital of the popular and powerful American tenor at Hunter College in New York. Tucker has signed at the head of the program listing, which is printed opposite the listing for an earlier concert of Wilhelm Backhaus. The recital included arias by Handel, Mendelssohn, Mozart, and Halévy. Area of heavy toning over the signature, with a paperclip mark, but overall in very good condition, together with a promotional flyer and a newspaper clipping about the concert.
