Signed program from a January 31/February 1, 1957 performance of the German-American composer's Symphony 'Midrash Esther' with the Philharmonic-Symphony Society of New York at Carnegie Hall. Meyerowitz has signed over the second page of the program listing. The concert also featured Nathan Milstein playing Goldmark's Violin Concerto, conducted by Dimitri Mitropoulos.
