Dramatic original pearl-finish photograph of the beloved jazz pianist at the keyboard, gesturing beneath a large CBS microphone, boldly signed and inscribed over the image: "Best Wishes / Thomas Fats Waller." Collector's notations on the reverse indicate that the signature was obtained at the Loew's State Theater in New York City on January 9, 1937. In very good to fine condition, with tack holes to the borders, some light creases, and a heavier vertical crease to the bottom. 8 x 10 inches (20.3 x 25.4 cm). (16609)Signed Photograph Jazz
