Signed postcard photograph of the legendary conductor, photographed by Weirich ca. 1930's–1940's for the Bayreuther Bühnenfestspiele. Light silvering at the corners, medium contrast to signature, overall fine. 4 x 6 inches (10.5 x 14.7 cm). 

Furtwängler served as primary conductor of the Bayreuth Festival in 1936, 1937 and 1943. (16311)
