Large signed photograph of the American choreographer and early pioneer of the modern dance movement in America, founder with Ted Shawn of the Denishawn dance company. She is shown seated, apparently in a meditation pose, wearing Indian-inspired robes and flanked by two ornamental shrubs, and has signed and inscribed at the upper left.
