Signed postcard photograph of the important German soprano, celebrated for her elegant and beautiful lieder and opera interpretations and frequent collaborations with Richard Strauss, Otto Klemperer, Lotte Lehmann, Bruno Walter, and Wilhelm Furtwängler. She has signed and inscribed at the foot and dated 1939. Together with an original program from her November 21 [1945?] performance with the New London Orchestra and Alec Sherman (4 pp.) Program with light toning and some wear; overall in fine condition.
