Autograph letter from the German pianist, pedagogue and composer to a former student, with a portrait of Kuhe mounted inside the folded sheet. December 15, [n.y.]. Kuhe writes: "It is always a great pleasure to feel one is not forgotten by one's old pupils. [...] I still can play the piano and pass many hours at my beloved instrument. Of course I remember very well the school you were at, and remember you also by your maiden name." He signs, "W.
