Signed Photograph with Concert Program
Signed photograph of the great Russian-born English conductor, together with an original 1944 concert program of the London Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Fistoulari. He is shown at the podium in an original photographby Baron of London, and has signed and inscribed at the foot in black ink. Blind-stamped at the lower right and stamped on the verso. The concert program, from October 25, 1944 (4 pp.) includes Tchaikovsky's Romeo and Juliet and Franck's Symphony in D minor. Photograph in very fine condition, program with some light foxing, overall fine. Photograph 3.75 x 6 inches (9.3 x 15 cm), tipped to a mount of 6 x 7.75 inches. Program 5 x 8 inches (13.1 x 20.6 cm).
