Signed Photograph and Autograph Musical Quotation

Signed photograph of the Bohemian violin virtuoso of the early twentieth century, together with an autograph musical quotation penned on a promotional brochure. Lusk is shown perusing a score in a postcard photograph and has signed and inscribed in white, dating February 15, 1926. On the 4-page brochure, which touts him as "the violinist whose rise in the musical world is truly remarkable," he has signed and dated February 10, 1926, adding a short AMQS identified as the "Lady Hamilton Waltz / Jonesco-Lusk." Silvering to the photograph; folding creases and toning to the brochure; overall in fine condition. 3.5 x 5.5 inches (8.8 x 13.8 cm) and 6 x 9.5 inches (15.5 x 24 cm). (15645)
