A brief but amusing typed letter signed from the great songwriter to his friend, the actor Monty Woolley. November 26, 1943. Porter writes: "Dear Mr. Woolley: That word 'ferocitrocities' is truly wonderful and I am going to do my best to use it in a lyric. Thank you very much indeed. Love, Cole."
