Mounted color halftone photograph of the important composer with a short autograph musical quotation of his most recognizable work, "O Fortuna" from Carmina Burana. Orff has penned the first four chords of the work on the mount below the image, together with the text "O fortuna / velut luna," signed at the lower right and dated [19]72 at the lower left.
