Signed photograph of the larger-than-life stride pianist known for his standards such as "Ain't Misbehavin'" and "Honeysuckle Rose." He is shown in a three-quarter-length portrait, wearing a handsome suit and holding a cigarette, and has inscribed at the lower right: "To my boy, Dr. Rush, Rush into me and brush me off. Thomas Fats Waller." In fine condition, with silvering to darker portions and a surface tear near hat area. 7.75 x 9.75 inches, quadruple-matted and framed to an overall size of 15 x 17 inches.
