Original photograph of the great dancer taking his bows after a performance of Kenneth MacMillan's "Romeo and Juliet" in 1977. He has signed boldly at the left. Slightly poor contrast on the signature, but otherwise In very fine condition. 8 x 10 inches (20.2 x 25.3 cm).

Nureyev and Margot Fonteyn starred in the premiere of Kenneth MacMillan's ballet in 1965, receiving 43 curtain calls and wild acclaim from the press. "Romeo and Juliet" became a signature work for the Royal Ballet and was performed all over the world. (14251)
