Signed and inscribed on the half-title verso to Jean-Victor Hocquard, French musicologist and the author of the volume's foreword: "à Jean-Victor Hocquard, le grand philosoph-musicien qui a écrit sur Mozart les pages les plus belles, les plus touchantes, et les plus profondes...en souvenir de ces merveilleux concerts d'Yvonne Loriod... et avec toute mon admiration et mes grands amitiés!"
