Lovely original photograph postcard of the young English violinist with her instrument, boldly signed and dated 1908. Addressed and postmarked on the verso, with the date of January 20, 1908. Some light corner creases, otherwise in fine condition. 3.25 x 5.5 inches (8.6 x 13.7 cm).A student of Elgar, Wilhelmj and Sevcik, Hall had a major touring career which included the first performance of Vaughan Williams' "The Lark Ascending" (dedicated to her).
