Signed 8 x 10 inch matte Jackson of NY photograph of bandleader Paul Whiteman, signed and inscribed in bold green ink: "For the mother of the three sweetest From an old Fat Fiddler Paul Whiteman."The Boswell Sisters, famous radio and recording stars of the 1930s, toured with Whiteman in 1933. The present photograph was inscribed to their mother and comes from the estate of the daughter of one of the Boswell Sisters. (13095)
