The program has been signed by Fort on the back cover, as well as by 14 composers, including Pierre Vellones, Florent Schmitt, Marcel Landowski, Georges Auric, Philippe Gaubert, Henry Sauveplane, Raoul Laparra, Georges Migot, Renee Philippart, Louis Aubert, Louis Beydts, Arthur Honegger, and Emili Nerini, as well as by the poet Fernand Gregh.
