An apparently unpublished original song manuscript from the composer of one of the biggest best sellers in American music history (Santa Claus is Coming to Town) , 700+ other songs, also scores for Broadway plays, etc.

In Pencil, on King Brand manuscript paper, 12-1/2 by 9-3/4 inches. 1 page. Horizontal creases, else fine. In part: "There's a guy who lives down by the sea, and I'd give the world if he belonged to me - His home is just a lighthouse, and tho it's not the White House, life with him would be so heaven-ly!..."
