Rare early signed halftone photograph of the great violinist who studied with Flesch and Enesco, toured with Szymanowski and Rubinstein and introduced major works by Milhaud, Schuman, Hindemith, Barber, Martinu, Honegger and Penderecki. He performed into his late 80's and taught in Boston in his late nineties! 3 x 5 inches (7.5 x 12.5 cm).
