LP Record sleeve, signed to the verso in black fountain pen ink "Best Wishes / Nat King Cole." From the collection of Eva Six (1937 - 2000s), a Hungarian-born actress who achieved some fame in the early 1960s as a Zsa Zsa Gabor type. Sleeve in good condition with some water damage, the record in very good condition.
