Three autograph notes originally sent with flowers from the distinguished American composer best known for his songs for the film The Wizard of Oz, all penned to his daughter-in-law, Rita, in English and Yiddish, all entirely in Harold's hand and signed with his Yiddish name "Chaim," always also adding the name of his wife, Anya and together with two envelopes addressed "Arlen."
