Limitation page reads in full "These rhymes have been selected from Mother Goose's Melody: or Sonnets for the Cradle, originally compiled by the 18th century publisher, John Newberry, but not published until after his death, first appearing in 1781. The 'maxims' are sometimes attributed to novelist Oliver Goldsmith.  Printed by F.W. Hegeman [Fred] and N.K. Kelley [Nora] in an edition of fifty copies.  The typeface is Bembo, the paper mouldmade Frankfurt Rough. Printed May, 1978." In publisher's patterned paper boards, very fine.
