Five chromogenic prints of the Canadian pianist by the American filmmaker, artist and writer. Signed, titled and numbered "3/8" on backing board, "Marianne Boeksy Gallery, New York, NY" label with artist, title, date and edition and "Arthur Roger Gallery, New Orleans, LA" label with artist, title, date and edition on backing board.  Sight 3.3 x 24.75 inches  (71 x 16.5 cm), framed together to an overall size of 7.25 x 28.75 inches (18 x 73 cm).

An interesting work by the American filmmaker known for his controversial low-budget films predominantly set in gay/trans counterculture; Pink Flamingos is probably his best-known film.  John Waters is a noted devotee of the great pianist Glenn Gould and has written that Gould "went beyond having sex with classical music. He *is* sex and classical music", "I can put him on for hours...he’s like nobody else. He was the ultimate original—a real outsider. And he had a great style, the hats and the gloves and so on..."
